Vchynice-Tetov navigation canal

This canal was built from 1799 to 1800 by the Schwarzenbergs after a design by Josef Rosenauer and it connects the river Vydra and Křemelná. It is now 14,4 kilometres in length. It served the purpose of transporting timber from high mountains localities to the river Otava. The canal is a protected technical monument.
